Вы можете проверить, работает ли сама Yota? Потому как если интерфейс
появился и даже какие-то байтики кажет, то проблема теперь в связи
самого свистка с внешним миром, то есть на их стороне, а не на нашей :(
Ну, по-tcpdump-те этот интерфейс, что это за байтики там?
И кстати, их зверски маловато -- при условии, что LTE-сеть вообще есть.
А может может этому "Many LTE" надо как-то программно ещё мозги вправлать?
