skype заводил, flash проверял, wine не смотрел.

А оно надо? Мне для сборки было бы полезно 64 бита, и то проще
на серверы вынести, чем гробить работающую систему. Это вот если
новые хосты ставить -- так там да, лучше сразу x86_64, чтоб потом
не перетаскивать лишний раз. И то без фанатизма.
