Теоретически 1.0 под GPL, практически его можно взять только
в МГУ -- публиковать as is нет смысла. Что получается, попадает
в сизиф, но расхождение на сейчас довольно большое, чтоб ядра,
mpienv и тем более всё основанное на dconf эрланговое хозяйство
распределённого конфигурирования было легко втащить.
В общем, на сейчас по факту "нет", но мы работаем над этим. :)

Всё-таки сложная и специфическая штука, изначально делалась
для очень больших установок (начиная с МГУ "Ломоносов").
