В свойствах виртуальной машины:
Общие->Основные->Версия
Там должно быть указано в скобках 64 bit

Пардон, явно такого параметра нет. Но на форумах говорят следующее про наличие
хардварной виртуализации:
"The Q8200 does not have Intel VT (hardware virtualization), so you will not
be able to run 64 bit guests in Virtualbox even though you run a 64 bit host."

Определение такой возможности с нашей Wiki:
egrep -q '^flags.*(vmx|svm)' /proc/cpuinfo && echo yes
Если команда в ответ сказала yes, то это значит, что виртуализация есть.

Вряд ли. Ну так поддержка виртуализации у процессора есть? В БИОС

У этого процессора нет поддержки VT-x. Боюсь, это означает, что с
помощью VirtualBox на этой машине 64-битную гостевую не запустить.

Для 32-битных VT-x/AMD-V не требуются.

Я когда у себя для 64-битной гостевой отключаю VT-x, выдаётся
предупреждение, что для 64-битной гостевой необходима аппаратная
виртуализация и она будет включена автоматически.
