Кто подпустил hiddenman близко к gdm ?
Вчера после dit-upgrade при логине через gdm имеем locale = "C".
Только через gdm - через wdm/xdm все ок (ну и startx само собой).
Причем в самом gdm с локалью все ок.
PS: ~/.i18n отродясь не имел. да и кладет он на него болт естественно.

#11814 было исправлено в мае прошлого года.
Если что-то не так именно при использовании gdm, то повесьте баг на gdm.
