также работает, если запустить ck-launch-session в графической сессии

tty видно разные. а значит сессии разные. даже polkit-auth --grant не
спасает. так что либо запуск ck-launch-session, либо явное разрешение
пользователю делать mount откуда угодно и когда угодно в
/etc/PolicyKit/PolicyKit.conf (примеры есть в мане, action-id уже
упоминали)
