Честно говоря, я об этом даже и не знал. А вот кирилических доменов
у нас поддерживается уже некоторое количество. Не мешает; так бы и
дальше не знал. whois их умеет кодировать, и ладно. :-)

Надо. Но не по-этому. :-)
