Приветствую.
Что-то у меня размер заметок в KNotes не меняется. Причём только
у новых. У тех, что были созданы в старом KDE3, всё можно поменять,
а у вновь созданных мышка за уголок не цепляется. Локальный глюк,
или воспроизводится ?

Даже не так. Оно случайным образом появляется и исчезает. Исчезает,
когда с заметкой что-то делаешь, а появляется, когда не делаешь.
То есть, если заметка открыта, а переключаешься в другое окно и её
закрываешь, то, сдвинув окно в какой-то момент, можно увидеть нужный
элемент и поменять размер.
