arepo очень сильно зависит от того какие пакеты уже лежат в репозитории,
если я правильно понял.
Ибо у меня периодически такие глюки вылезали, и плясками с бубном они
решались, причем конфиг до экспериментов и после -- идентичен.
А я разве что могу напомнить про:
rpm http://downloads.mithraen.ru/arepo/sisyphus i586 classic
