В любом случае новый пакет надо собирать как libevent2, и далее
тестировать собираемость с его devel остальных пакетов. Если другие пакеты
собираются с devel от libevent2, то надо у остальных libevent этот самый
devel оторвать, а потом пересобрать всех его клиентов.
