Попробуй с mirror.yandex.ru или ftp.linux.kiev.ua?
(хотя у меня сейчас особых проблем с ftp.altlinux.org
не бывает, кроме периодов около ~3:00 по Москве -- btw
2 ldv: хорошо бы понять, когда сейчас лучше зеркалировать)
