Нет, желание пока что выглядит несколько преждевременным.
Для начала нужно синхронизировать патчи из gnupg-1.x в gnupg-2.x (ну и
посмотреть, что из этого можно заапстримить). В нынешнем виде gpg2 ещё
не готов заменить gpg1. Вот один пример:
$ rpmsign --define '__gpg /usr/bin/gpg2' -K Sisyphus/files/SRPMS/alt-gpgkeys-0.7.18-alt1.src.rpm
Sisyphus/files/SRPMS/alt-gpgkeys-0.7.18-alt1.src.rpm: md5 GPG NOT OK
$ rpmsign --define '__gpg /usr/bin/gpg2' -Kv Sisyphus/files/SRPMS/alt-gpgkeys-0.7.18-alt1.src.rpm
