Тогда я не совсем понимаю откуда вообще 127.0.0.1. Если только тоже
в /etc/resolvconf.conf прописан, но такого быть не должно по умолчанию.
Покажите уж полностью resolvconf -l.

apt-get remove openresolv. Если не смущает удаление всего, что имеет
его в зависимостях.

Вот это могу зафиксить хоть сейчас, но очень грязным хаком. Хочу еще
немного подумать/покопаться, может все-таки менее грязно получится
сделать.
