В blueman-services сказать, что эта машина, соответственно, NAP или
клиент, и через что рулится.
В /etc/bluetooth/network.conf можно уточнить имена ифейсов.
Да, если на NAP железка с bdaddr из единичек, не взлетит.

Так это для всего BT-стека общее, делается спариванием через что угодно,
включая тот же blueman.
