Если просто пересобрать пакет kile-2.0.3-alt1.src.rpm, то из бинарного
пакета выветрится зависимость на tetex-latex, которую авторы ALT#21847 не
без оснований считают вредной (собственно говоря, обоснование уже было
приведено в тексте самой ALT#21847).
Поскольку этот самый kile заброшен дальше некуда (висит на nobody@),
не вижу смысла развивать эту тему.
