Да, это скорее проблема openssh, надо наверное смотреть на патчи в
Debian/Ubuntu. Но появилась она именно после апдейта subversion. По крайней
мере в Karmic этой ошибки нет:
$ dpkg -l|egrep 'openssh|subversion'|sort
ii openssh-client 1:5.1p1-6ubuntu2
ii python-subversion 1.6.5dfsg-1ubuntu1
ii subversion 1.6.5dfsg-1ubuntu1
ii subversion-tools 1.6.5dfsg-1ubuntu1
