Все не просто, а очень просто:
в /etc/apt/sources.list вставляем, например, вот такие две строчки
rpm [alt] http://mirror.yandex.ru/altlinux/Sisyphus/ i586 classic
rpm [alt] http://mirror.yandex.ru/altlinux/Sisyphus/ noarch classic
ну и комментируем свои текущие репозитарии. Потом делаем apt-get update и
потом
apt-get install 'ghc(base)'
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Selecting ghc for 'ghc(base)'
The following extra packages will be installed:
ghc libgmp libgmp-devel
The following packages will be upgraded
libgmp
The following NEW packages will be installed:
ghc libgmp-devel

не забыть вернуть репозитарии на место и сделать еще раз apt-get update
