Чтобы видеть, когда что-то произошло.
"включить" можно только пересборкой ядра, на своих машинах (и десктопных
тоже), подобная опция *очень* удобна.

Если на перле писать так, чтобы и другим людям было понятно что делает
этот код, то чем тогда этот перл лучше какого-либо другого языка? :)
