В связи с этим:

глянул у себя относительно новый ноут (ему год):
# hdparm -I /dev/sda| grep 'Advanced power management level'
Advanced power management level: 128
# smartctl -d ata -a /dev/sda| grep Load_Cycle_Count
193 Load_Cycle_Count 0x0032 001 001 000 Old_age
Always - 244435
при ресурсе диска - 600000, т.е уже скоро половина ресурса !!! :(
Где поправить?
