Дело в новом тулчейне. Откат на glibc-2.5.1-alt7 и прочее libgcc* от
середины октября лично мне помог, но советовать делать то же самое я не
рекомендую, там слишком много ручной работы.

В общем, если бы в Eclipse работало всё, что там есть - была бы
мощнейшая штука.
