Да, не туда глядел. Вообще непонятно, что происходит.

Да нет, perl как раз обновляется без проблем и сам по себе apache не требует.
Проверено на двух системах с Сизифом. Как только пробешь обновить perl-CGI --
вылезает зависимость на apache.
