rubygems - это такой "пакетный менеджер" для рубёвых модулей. Он
качает чёрте что неизвестно откуда и ставит куда попало.
Раньше всё это безобразие ложилось в /usr/lib/ruby/gems/,
/usr/share/ и /usr/bin/. Угадайте что произойдёт при установке,
скажем, rake или rbot?
