Не было, но возможно достаточно скоро и появится.
Поставить в ~/ собранный пакет просто,
но не в Сизиф. Не буду повторять аргументы,
зачем в Сизиф не желательно ложить бинарники ---
они практически общие для всех языков программирования.
А чтобы собирать из исходников, нужна сборочная среда
java со всеми необходимыми библиотеками.
Сейчас создание такой базовой среды заканчивается.
Более 400 пакетов готово, осталось еще около 100 пакетов,
в основном это maven2.
Когда она будет готова, тогда можно будет перейти к
дистрибутивной сборке приложений.
