Есть вероятность их вызова, зависящая от даты запуска (в праздники и
выходные она выше, в буднии дни меньше, но всегда больше нуля, но
меньше единицы). Выбрасывается случайное число, если оно попадает на
вызов праздничной заставки, пингвины пляшут :)
