В 2.6.18 заголовки ядра для userspace и для сборки модулей ядра были
разделены - теперь в пакете kernel-headers-%flavour лежит только часть
заголовков, из которых к тому же удалены части, используемые только
внутри ядра (#ifdef __KERNEL__), а в kernel-headers-modules-%flavour
находится полный набор заголовков, необходимый для сборки модулей, и
эти пакеты не зависят друг от друга. В предыдущем варианте упаковки в
kernel-headers-modules-%flavour действительно был симлинк.

При сборке необходимо указать в качестве пути к исходникам ядра
/usr/src/linux-2.6.18-std-smp-alt5 (хотя сборку именно
NFORCE-Linux-x86 я не проверял).
А что за железо используется? Имеющийся в ядре модуль forcedeth с ним
не работает?
