Там и скрипт и шаблон.
Давно хотели завести pootle (http://pootle.wordforge.org/) на l10n.lrn.ru. Но
всё некогда, да и сам движок - не фонтан. Тогда был бы портал для онлайнового
перевода (в том числе и описаний пакетов).
