Может драйвер сломали... Всякое бывает.

Она гигабитная ? А что показывает mii-tool eth1 ? С его же помощью можно и
скорость менять. Или ethtool. В качестве примера:
ethtool -s eth3 duplex full speed 100 autoneg off
А с индикацией линка на свиче и сетевой карте нормально всё ?
