Во, вспомнил.
Попробуйте загрузиться с pci=routeirq, если не поможет --
с noapic nolapic pci=noacpi, если _это_ поможет -- ищите
обновление BIOS для материнки (хотя с этого можно и начинать,
смотря по привычкам и поставщику).
Некоторые сломанные по ACPI биосы приводили к тому, что сетевая
карта поднимается как живая, но вот байтики по ней не ходят.
