Просто он будет более "тупой" с точки зрения ALT rpm, в смысле
обвешенный всякими %clean (если они там ещё нужны) и не
использующий дополнительные макроудобства. Плюс-минус разные
инитскрипты, см. apache.spec из M24 для примера.

Я таскаю из Mdv/PLD/F/S где-то в таком порядке.
