В сизиф прошел qtemu (http://qtemu.org/).
What is QtEmu?
QtEmu is a graphical user interface for QEMU written in Qt4. It has the
ability to run virtual operating systems on native systems. This way you
can easily test a new operating system or try a Live CD on your system
without any troubles and dangers.
QtEmu has been tested on Linux and Windows (2k, XP).
QtEmu is available in the following languages:
Czech
German
Russian
Spanish
Turkish
Данная сборка запатчена дабы оторвать прибитые гвоздями пути к хелпу и
переводам интерфейса (которые по умолчанию раскладываются в /prefix/<dir>.
Так же сделан .desktop файл (будут предложения сделать менюшки для неКДЕ
скажите куда смотреть за примером).

Это не интерфейс для qemu!!! Это интерфейс для создание диска и
запуска самого qemu... Графический интерфейс появится в новой версии
самого qemu.

Ну и славно. А пока он не появился (так сказать за неимением) этот вполне
