У меня это всегда происходит (с 3.0; с 2.4 не помню, давно не ставил),
если после установки bind его запустить забываю (чтобы ключи сгенерировались).
Почему-то ключи не создаются на этапе загрузки. Как-то писал про это,
поддержки не нашёл. Но раз, всё-таки, не только у меня, наверное надо багу
вешать...
