Доброе
Имеется ноут Acer Travelmate 2480 с встроенным кардридером. Установлен текущий
сизиф.
pciscan говорит следующее:
tifm_7xx1 Texas Instruments 5-in-1 Multimedia Card Reader
(SD/MMC/MS/MS PRO/xD) [Unknown mass storage controller]
modprobe tifm_7xx1 и последующее вставление карточки SD не вызывает никакой
реакции...
Как завести это чудо?

А что появляется в dmesg при загрузке модуля tifm_7xx1?
Нужно ещё загрузить модуль tifm_sd - похоже, в имеющейся версии
драйверов tifm его автоматическая загрузка не предусмотрена (а карты
других типов, кроме SD/MMC, вообще не поддерживаются).

Ничего

А вот после его подгрузки сразу все заработало.
Пока засунул в rc.local
modprobe tifm_7xx1
modprobe tifm_sd
А куда и как это прописать, чтобы было более кузяво? :)
где-то в modprobe.d/ ?
