Если IPv6 не используется, то его надо выключить.
Поскольку часто так бывает, что IPv6 не используется, метод выключения
должен быть дистрибутивным. Или даже наоборот, метод включения должен
быть дистрибутивным. Ибо сейчас, хоть поддержка в ядре и вынесена в
модуль, этот модуль грузится udev'ом по умолчанию, что само по себе
странно.
