[sisyphus] postfix-2.3.7-alt3

может за время отпуска что и пропустил, но дело вот в чём: обновился сегодня до см. сабж. Подправил конфигурацию под себя и получаю следующее:
[root@gw postfix]# service postfix start
Adjusting environment for postfix:                                                                                   [ DONE ]
Checking postfix configuration: postfix/postfix-script: fatal: no Postfix master program /usr/lib/postfix/master!
                                                                                                                     [FAILED]

Смотрю:
[root@gw /]# ls /usr/lib/post*

И ни как не пойму, а куда делся /usr/lib/postfix/master ?
Или я что то пропустил за отпуск?

Ткните носом когда и где было указано, что в main.cf теперь daemon_directory 
= /usr/libexec/postfix   , а не /usr/lib/postfix ?

При обновлении postfix корректирует значение daemon_directory в main.cf
(если в последнем оно было указано).  Видимо, вы что-то не так подправили.

Сделал apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade.

А grep -A1 ^filter /etc/postfix/master.cf
?

А если сравнить /etc/postfix/master.cf и /etc/postfix/master.cf.rpmnew
?

Видимо так и есть. Убрал его, рестартанул postficx и получаю:
[root@gw /]# control postfix
server

Интересно, как добавление отладочной инфы (ключ "-v") в логи postfix 
вревращает cxontrol postfix в unknow? ....
