Это уже что-то другое - в случае, когда нужно acpi_use_timer_override,
kernel panic возникает существенно раньше (ещё до инициализации
vesafb, из-за чего сообщения ядра об этом можно увидеть только с
vga=normal).
Какие-либо сообщения об ошибках есть (лучше тоже смотреть с vga=normal
или vga=ext)? Работает ли Alt+SysRq+P, Alt+SysRq+T?
