На давикомовские, скорее всего, нужно теперь ставить драйвер не tulip,
а dmfe - см. запись в changelog ядра по этому поводу; tulip с этими
картами в последнее время только делал вид, что работает. Сейчас в
таблице PCI ID модуля tulip запись для карт Davicom сохранена, но
поддержка включается только при указании опции enable_davicom=1; в
модуле dmfe поддержка разрешена всегда, и этот модуль убран из
blacklist (раньше он был в /etc/hotplug/blacklist). Т.е, теперь при
автоматической загрузке драйверов будут загружены оба модуля, но
использоваться будет dmfe; старую ручную настройку на tulip придётся
поправить.
