Если
+ присутствует исполняемый файл /etc/init.d/udevd
+ отсутствует слово noudev в /proc/cmdline
то "/etc/init.d/udevd start" запускается непосредственно перед
"/etc/init.d/clock start"
Предполагается что "/etc/init.d/udevd start" не будет монтировать /dev
если /dev уже смонтирован, и не будет пытаться записать в /etc/mtab будучи
запущенным из rc.sysinit; пока это не так, во время загрузки на консоль
будет валиться куча всякой ругани, так что пока в Сизиф не приехала новая
сборка udev, лучше воспользоваться noudev.
