Увы, вчера утром я наблюдал подобный "затык" в работе clamav. Правда в среде
RHEL и там работал clamav 0.90rc2. RHEL там очень старый, настолько, что
свежий spamassassin там регулярно падал - пришлось переносить. Падал видимо
из-за проблем со старым перлом или старыми версиями модулей, но такая
нестабильность окружения как-то не позволяет мне репортить это как баг
кламава...
Вам же рекомендую зарепортить это зависание на bugs.clamav.net.
