A system scheduling utility which uses crontab as the backend
Грубо говоря - морда для crontab, написанная на QT4. Поскольку от юзера
запускать ее нет смысла - попытался сделать это через consolehelper, но не вышло
:-) Сделал через kdesu. Если кому интересно - прошу взглянуть.

Есть небольшая загвоздка. Сам crontab только ссылается на
cron.daily, cron.hourly, cron.monthly и cron.weekly, так
что запускаемые ими процессы контролировать нельзя. Жаль.
