Не к программам, а к способам работы с ними. Такое действительно есть,
и это совершенно естественно. Поэтому изменение (не дополнение, а
именно изменение) интерфейса или переход на другую программу с
не(!)существенно отличающимся интерфейсом - это, с точки зрения
юзабилити, штука плохая. Потому что человек пытается применять
наработанные привычки и налетает на то, что они не работают.
