День добрый!
После вчерашнего dist-upgrade перегрузил сегодня машину и обнаружил,
что X'ы отваливаются с руганью на драйвер:
(II) Loading /usr/lib/X11/modules/drivers//trident_drv.so
(II) Module trident: vendor="X.Org Foundation"
compiled for 7.1.99.901, module version = 1.2.3
Module class: X.Org Video Driver
ABI class: X.Org Video Driver, version 1.1
(EE) module ABI minor version (1) is newer than the server's version (0)
(II) UnloadModule: "trident"
(II) Unloading /usr/lib/X11/modules/drivers//trident_drv.so
(EE) Failed to load module "trident" (module requirement mismatch, 0)
Скачал xorg-x11-drv-trident-1.2.3-alt1.src.rpm, пересобрал и поставил
заместо прежнего, после чего X'ы поднялись.
Я так понимаю, что надо пересобрать этот драйвер в Сизифе с новым xorg.
