Сравните две цитаты. Для первого -- достаточно, если не лезть
в ядро (догадываюсь, что речь о патче для cp866?). Для второго
-- нет, конечно. При этом не мешая первую задачу со второй,
первую можно попробовать решить легче и удобней.
Я, собственно, не наехать собирался, а "вытащить" корень проблемы.
