а что, разве майнтейнер пакета сам должен/может делать bug "closed"?
Или это всё же забота репортующего?

Может я делаю и неправильно, но... После того, как делаю "FIXED" - жду как
минимум 3-4 дня. Если репортер багу не закрывает - закрываю сам.

По-хорошему, того, кто вешал. Или хотя бы того, кто поймал то же
самое и может проверить исправление.
Бывает же по-разному.
