Приветствую!
Попался мне тут комп на полчаса. АМД двухъядерный. Мамка -- ASUS M2N-E на
чипсете NForce 570 Ultra.
Пробовал его 2-мя альтовскими "изСизифами" -- собранным spt по профилю c
spt.mouse (только ядро у меня 2.6.16-wks26-up-alt8) и rider'овским (вроде бы)
installer-x86_64-experimental-3.0.2006-02-28.iso
Результат: неузнав IDE-контроллер "в лицо" и тот и другой вариант сломались
при попытке insmod ide-generic, соответственно с не найденного CD не
догрузились остальные потроха.
(замечу, что kubuntu 6.06 х86-32, случившийся под рукой, эту стадию прошёл,
зависнув позже :-) )
Машина стоять будет этажом выше, что даёт возможность проверки новопоступлений
на эту тему. Так что некоторый объём тестирования могу обеспечить.
