$ rpmquery -lv apt | grep ' rpm '
drwxrws--- 2 root rpm 0 May 16 22:13 /var/cache/apt/archives
drwxrws--- 2 root rpm 0 May 16 22:13 /var/cache/apt/archives/partial
Без доступа к /var/cache/apt/archives не работает apt-get source (даже
если все источники локальные). Конечно, пользователь может подсунуть
apt свой конфиг и переопределить этот каталог.
