В $SUBJ "отломана" поддержка MySQL по-умолчанию, так как:
в /etc/php/4.4.3/mod_php/php.ini присутствуют строки:

Но каталога /etc/php/4.4.3.cvs20060626/mod_php/php.d в пакете нет, есть:
$ rpm -ql apache-mod_php | grep php.d
/etc/php/4.4.3/mod_php/php.d
Исправьте, пожалуйста.
