Нашел остатки (спасибо Епифанову Сергею за указанный метод поиска)
теперь демоны грузятся и по service <daemon> status показывают running
Теперь очередная проблемма: при работе UPS от батарей не хочет делать shutdown
сервер (хотя upsmon -c fsd выполняется прекрасно).
cat /etc/nut/upsmon.conf |grep /etc/killpower
POWERDOWNFLAG /etc/killpower
его у меня нет в каталоге /etc. Этот файл нужно самому создавать?
