Вы на каждую ошибку пишите в список рассылке Сизифа? Чем этот вопрос
специфичен для Сизифа?
Может, это, скорее - в community, уж если Вы не прочитали документацию к wine,
WiKi, не воспользовались поиском тут и в Google, Яндексе, и т.д., и не
перевели сообщение, чтобы понять его суть?
Wine пишет, что для текущего каталога (из которого Вы запускали winecfg) нет
соответствующего назначенного диска (DOS drive). Значит, нужно было уловить
связь, и попробовать запустить его из директорий, для которых диски
назначеныв файле конфигурации. Или, хотя бы, посмотреть - что же есть в
~/.wine и ~/wine_c.
