По дефолту, если ставить clamav вручную. В конфиге из пакета ограничение
отключено.
Очевидно, что каким-то образом freshclam.log оказался локирован каким-то
процессом в тот момент, когда freshclam пытался в него писать. Осталось
только разобраться что это был за процесс. Точнее, практически очевидно,
что это был "предыдущий" freshclam. Непонятно только, почему так произошло.
У меня это никак не воспроизводится.
