Здравствуйте.
Жентмуны, вопрос на засыпку. Если на систему скорее без гнома
сказать apt-get install gnome2-utils-gnome-search-tool и потом
запустить /usr/bin/gnome-search-tool -- оно при попытке поискать
только у меня падает или нет?
В UTF-8 -- запускал; стрейсить стрейсил (похоже, обламывается при
попытке полезть в /var/lib/locate/). Картина схожая и на
2.13.2-alt1.1 из Sisyphus, и на 2.10.1-alt1 из 3.0.
Как вариант -- кто-нить посоветует работающий простенький поиск
файлов по фрагменту имени? Желательно именно find, а не locate;
идеально -- с разумным fallback. Искать в содержимом _не_ надо,
для этого уже есть recoll, он справляется куда лучше.
Из осмотренного:
http://www.hayber.us/rox/Find/ (отказывается искать только
по именам -- отрывается, но не без создания других проблем)
pyfind -- gtk1/gnome1/python1.5/no.comments
rfind -- ruby, fox, слишком специализированный
Kat и компанию тяжелее, чем qt -- просьба не предлагать, libqt3
есть ради recoll, но остаток десктопа на rox => предпочтительно
gtk+ и возможно python (куски gnome-libs там тоже есть).
